We preserve the classical, authentic experience of yoga with classes ranging in physical intensity from gentle to advanced; each and every class in Irvine fosters a connection to the breath, body and spirit. Following the traditional principle of building heat from the inside out, our classes systematically create internal heat and use harmonious sequencing to cultivate strength, flexibility, stamina balanced with relaxation and meditation.
