Her goal is to create a safe space where patients feel included and can be who they are without judgement. Ashley implements a person-centered approach, prioritizing patient experience and practicing interventions from evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and ERP. With these practices, she has been able to support individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, and OCD related challenges and create lasting changes.
