Through non-judgemental self reflection in sessions, I enjoy helping clients gain insight into their struggles, strengths and motivation for change in order to better navigate stressors, relationships and life transitions. In team leadership, I strive to help foster an authentic, inclusive and collaborative environment encouraging mental health providers and staff to tap into creativity and enthusiasm for their work.
