Melissa Pearce here, and I've been dedicated to the mortgage industry full-time since 2009. Before that, my journey began in banking back in 1993, with mortgage origination experience dating to 2004. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working in a top-performing partnership until 2020, after which I've been proudly originating independently. Alongside my origination work, I've served as a sales manager since 2011 and stepped into branch management in 2020. With a degree in Finance and certification as a financial planner, I bring a unique perspective to handling complex financial situations and income structures. What truly inspires me every day is my family and the families I assist, including those on my team. I find great joy in witnessing people grow and thrive. I have a special passion for helping first-time homebuyers and veterans, groups often overlooked, and I leverage my education and experience to support clients with Jumbo and Non-QM loans, especially when their situations are complex. What I enjoy most about my role is helping people realize their dream of homeownership and being part of their life milestones, celebrating marriages, growing families, and supporting them through difficult times like divorces and losses. Being a loan originator allows me to ease stress during challenging moments, which is deeply rewarding. Beyond work, I'm actively involved in community service, participating in the National Charity League with my daughter and various volunteer activities with my sons through school and church. Some of our most meaningful experiences include supporting food pantries, youth shelters, and a mission trip to Colombia to assist indigenous communities.
