Description
Dr. Quraishi graduated from medical school at Deccan College of Medical Sciences in Hyderabad, India. Moving to the United States, he completed his internal medicine residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan, and remained for his fellowship in gastroenterology in 2005.
During his fellowship, Dr. Quraishi participated in multiple studies and presented original research on quality control in screening colonoscopies. Dr.
Quraishi presented this research at several national gastroenterology conferences. Later in his career, Dr. Quraishi’s painstaking work on pancreatitis in patients with renal failure was published to high acclaim.
