Dr. Hoda Mojazi Amiri is a board-certified UCI Health endocrinologist who specializes metabolic disorders, including diabetes, as well as diseases of the thyroid and pituitary glands. Her clinical interests include diabetes management. Mojazi Amiri earned her medical degree at Tehran University of Medical Sciences in Iran. She completed a residency in internal medicine at Eisenhower Medical Center in Rancho Mirage, Calif. She completed a joint fellowship program in endocrinology at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in Torrance and City of Hope in Duarte. She comes to UCI Health and the UCI School of Medicine from the UC Riverside School of Medicine in Riverside, Calif. She is the author or co-author of more than 20 peer-reviewed publications in medical journals. Mojazi Amiri — who is fluent in English, Persian and Japanese.
