Description

Dr. Jessica Shiu is a board-certified UCI Health dermatologist who specializes in vitiligo, inflammatory skin disorders, skin cancers and melanocytic neoplasms. Shiu earned a medical degree and a PhD at the University of Maryland School of Medicine's Medical Scientist Training Program in Baltimore. She completed an internal medicine internship at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, followed by a residency in dermatology at the UCI School of Medicine. Her research interests include tissue homeostasis mechanisms in melanocyte-related skin disorders. Shiu, who also speaks Cantonese and Mandarin.
