Dr. Maraya Altuwaijri is certified by the American Board of Vascular Surgery American Board of General Surgery, and the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine. She received her General Surgery training at the University of California, San Diego where she was Chief Resident in 2002-2003. During her fellowship in Vascular & Endovascular Surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn., Dr. Altuwaijri achieved an outstanding academic and clinical record, and was commended for exceptional clinical judgment. She also received the highest recognition from the Chairman and Staff of the Vascular Surgery Department at the Mayo Clinic for outstanding operating skill during her training.
